Which applications can I integrate Go Integrator into?

Where can I download the latest version of the Go Integrator Software?

IMPORTANT: To upgrade from an earlier version of Go Integrator to version 2.5 or later, your installation must be licensed for Software Assurance.

The upgrade will fail if the Go Integrator installation is not licensed for Software Assurance.

What is a Serial Number?

A serial number is an eight or ten character alpha-numeric code that represents a customer's purchase of Go Integrator licenses for a single site, i.e. a single installation. For clarity, there is no zero (0) in codes but there can be the letter O.

How do I register a Serial Number?

How do I re-license the Go Integrator Software after a Client re-installation, or Client migration?

For security purposes, you must make contact with the Go Integrator Licensing Team in order to complete the re-license process for the Go Integrator Software. Before re-licensing, you must make a note of the following information:

  1. The Serial Number registered to your Go Integrator Software
  2. The Release Code given when the Serial Number has been released (There is a button to "Release" the Serial number attached to the Go Integrator Software on the Telephony page)
  3. Which Version of the Go Integrator Client Software you are currently running
  4. The Customer name
  5. Username registered

Completing this process will re-validate the original serial number. After that the original Serial Number can be re-entered and the software registered in the usual methods.

When configuring a Client, what customer information is required?

Customers will be asked for their Broadworks Server, Username, Password, Country and Area Code. These fields are mandatory for the client to make a connection and work as designed. The Username must be entered as a a fully qualified name i.e. [email protected]

Support may be refused for unregistered sites.

Are there any Firewall requirements?

Go Integrator connects to the Broadworks platform using one of three protocols:

  • OCI (TCP port 2208)
  • XSI-CTI (TCP port 8011)
  • XSI-HTTPS (TCP port 443)
Please make sure your local firewall can pass the selected protocol.

How do I find out my login credentials?

Go Integrator connects to a hosted telephony technology known as Broadworks. Your Service Provider needs to provide you with:

  • The CTI protocol to connect with i.e. i.e. OCI, XSI-CTI or XSI-HTTPS
  • The CTI server address (for HTTPS we would advise prefixing the server address with HTTPS://)
  • Broadworks username and password (this is the same as you use to login into your hosted telephony administration portal)
